Charts
The Charts tab allows users to add/remove/size/move the charts around. Multiple versions of the same chart can be used if desired. The 5.0 application is designed so that you can have a PID selected on the main tab, the same PID shown on the gauge tab and the same PID being displayed on the charts tab and all will update at the same moment the value of the PID is retrieved from the vehicle.
Freeze Frame
The 5.0 freeze frame tab is fully functional and allows users to scroll through the various frames to view information within the vehicle related to error codes thrown.
Gauges
The same methodology for both gauges and charts. Both tabs are extremely flexible with how you lay out your objects. The charts and gauges are built off of templates which allow us to build our customers any type of Chart/Gauge using any type of graphics against any type of PID. Flexibility here is key and we do not limit you to how much you wish to display or how you want to display it.
Digimoto now supports over 90+ Scannable PID requests (this does not include access to the non chartable/gaugable PIDs which we also provide). This is a huge jump from the 22 previously supported PIDs. Customers now have full access to their vehicles information.
The trouble codes tab now also displays pending trouble codes. We found a few issues within our 4.03 database and cleaned/added a massive amount of new error codes. The Digimoto database holds over 10k error codes within its system.
The Mode 5 Oxygen Sensor features will allow you to retreive oxygen sensor test result data from your vehicle, providing all relative information to the oxygen bank/sensor combinations provided by your vehicle. $01 - Rich to lean sensor threshold voltage (constant), $02 - Lean to rich sensor threshold voltage (constant), $03 - Low sensor voltage for switch time calculation (constant), $04 - High sensor voltage for switch time calculation (constant), $05 - Rich to lean sensor switch time (calculated), $06 - Lean to rich sensor switch time (calculated), $07 - Minimum sensor voltage for test cycle (calculated), $08 - Maximum sensor voltage for test cycle (calculated), $09 - Time between sensor transitions (calculated), $0A - Sensor period (calculated) are PIDs supported in this module.
Exposed forms to allow you to modify preferences on both the gauges and the charts to change their colors, titles, various appearance properties etc. On the gauges you can modify the color/titles, enable/disabe the glass affects, add or modify the gradiants etc. With charts you have the option to change the series color, the back color, change number of ticks, modify x/y axis properties such as grid lines, modify the legend properties, display labels for each data point, modify the title and its properties etc.
A great feature in Digimoto is the ability to right click any gauge or chart on your page. You can modify the gauge/chart properties this way, print the gauge or chart, save the gauge or chart as an image (.jpeg, .bmp, .emf, .gif, .png, .tiff format) or even remove the item (you can also quickly remove a gauge or chart by clicking on the object and hitting the delete key on your keyboard). You can also right click anywhere on the panels to reset your dashboards or add new gauges or charts.
Printing functionality has been added to Digimoto allowing you to print basically any grid, any gauge or any chart within the application. This was a huge step up for Digimoto in the 4.03 application which offered no printing features at all.
