• 1987-1990 (1st generation, E30 M3s, made before 1991)
• 2002+ 745..
• 2003+ Z4 and 330i
• 2004+ Z4, 330i, 530 and V8s

Please note:

A dot dot (..) after the model number means any model beginning with. If you do not see your exact model in the above incompatibility list, and it was built between 1987 and 2003 then the R5/FCX will probably work on your BMW.
