Terms
1)The product carries a 1 year warranty against faulty workmanship. UKOBD Ltd., will either repair or replace the equipment free of charge within this period so long as the conditions specified below have been adhered to.
2)If the goods are found to be damaged or to malfunction on receipt, UKOBD Ltd., must be informed by e-mail or in writing within 7 days stating problem encountered. Failure to comply could jeopardize any replacement or repair.
3)It is the responsibility of the purchaser to identify the required protocol (if in doubt enquire prior to purchase). If an incorrect unit is ordered UKOBD Ltd., cannot be held responsible, and the order must be cancelled in line with our normal terms and conditions.
4)UKOBD Ltd., strives to ensure that all goods supplied are of the highest quality and ‘fit for purpose’. In purchasing the product the buyer agrees to indemnify UKOBD for any damage or loss incurred (direct or otherwise) to any computer or vehicle whilst using products supplied by us.
5)If an item is ordered which is out of stock, a deposit of 25% will be required. Delivery timescales will be advised on request.
6)Whilst every endeavour will be made to maintain prices at current rates, Prices are subject to change without notification.
7)UKOBD Ltd., is unable to offer refunds on any software which has been registered to an individual. If software forms part of a bundled product, the appropriate deduction from the refunded amount will be made.
8)If you cancel your order, and you are already in receipt of the goods, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the safe return of the products to us. We will refund the money you paid for the products within 30 days of notice from you that you have cancelled your order.
9)You must take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and ensure that they are returned in the same condition as when they were received by you.
10)We reserve the right to take legal action against those Users committing or attempting to commit online frauds.
11)We reserve the right to refuse to process payments.
12)We may at our sole discretion do such checks as we may deem fit before processing a credit card payment or bank transfer from the User, for security reasons. As part of such checks, we may disclose personal data to third parties for the purpose of carrying out these security checks. In the event that we are not satisfied with the creditability of the User, we will have the right to reject the payment.
13)The User acknowledges and agrees that we will not be liable for any damages resulting from our decision not to process a payment made through our Online/Card Payment facility.
14)We will treat all your personal details confidentially, and use them for processing your request, for statistical purposes to improve this website and its services to you, and to service the website.
15)You should be aware that if we are requested by the police, or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities, to provide the details you have given us, we are entitled to do so.
16)We will keep your personal details on a secure server and we will comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
17)Card details processed online are stored securely by our Payment Provider (SagePay), thereby meeting the minimum banking regulation security requirements. Individual card details are not held on any server operated by UKOBD Ltd..
18)You agree to indemnify us against all claims, damages and expenses arising out of any breach of these Online Terms, and other liabilities arising out of your use of this website.
